Tracey Heseltine - Green Kidz Collective

About Us

I’m Tracey – founder of Green Kidz Collective – and I’ve been on a mission to make eco-friendly living easier and more joyful for families for over 18 years.

It all began when my youngest was a baby and I made the big decision not to return to my career as a Financial Advisor. I wanted to be present for the school runs, sports days and all those little moments that matter. That’s when Kidz on Trend was born – a small business selling organic cotton clothing and accessories for children.

In 2019, I took the leap and opened a bricks-and-mortar shop, expanding our offering to include refills, everyday eco products, and a carefully curated range of planet-friendly gifts. The local support was incredible, but as times changed and my family needed me more – with my eldest daughter moving away and my mum being diagnosed with dementia – I knew it was time to evolve again.

Closing the shop in December 2024 was a natural next step, giving me more time to grow my offering and focus on what I love: helping families find practical, beautiful, sustainable swaps for everyday life.

That’s how Green Kidz Collective was born. A name that reflects our bigger purpose – we’re not just about kids anymore. We’re here to be your one-stop eco shop for the whole family.

Everything we create and stock is chosen with care: from our plastic-free packaging (printed locally to keep our carbon footprint down) to our support for other small businesses, especially those nearby. We also design and print our own exclusive collection of plantable seed greeting cards – lovingly hand-drawn by the very talented Leea and printed in-house by me.

We ship orders daily during the week and pride ourselves on friendly service, thoughtful products, and a true passion for making sustainable living more accessible.

Thank you for being here – we’re so happy to share this journey with you.
